Indigenous history timelines

The National Museum of Australia (NMA) has put together a timeline (1930-1979) which highlights key events in Indigenous rights activism and protest. This might be a good starting point if you want to know more about this period and the campaigns for Indigenous rights. You can find it here.

Defining moments in Australian history is another NMA resource that can be explored from an Indigenous history perspective. See here for Indigenous moments. The timeline with this starts 52,000 years ago.
